Jokwang JSV-FF11 series safety valve is a full-flow angle valve and is used in applications with high flow rates. The purge and discharge of the excess working medium are adjusted by means of appropriate rings, which ensure reliable operation over a wide range of pressures and temperatures. The purge ring is adjusted to the required purge amount by varying the reactive force of the working media (this setting is independent of the capacity or valve lift). The release ring provides a controlled discharge of the medium, which helps to reduce the wear of the purge ring.
The body and cover of the safety valves JSV-FF11 are made of cast iron, the lever and cap are made of ductile iron, the seat, disc and stem are made of stainless steel, the spring is made of alloy steel, the adjusting screw is made of brass, blowdown and popping rings are made of bronze. The design of the valves also provides a drain plug. Connections are flanged. The maximum operating temperature is +220 °С. Adjustment of working pressure is carried out in the ranges: 0.35…1, 1…3, 3…6 and 6…11 bar. Medium – steam, air, water and other liquids.
