Jokwang JTC-DF12 series temperature controller is a direct-acting regulator and is designed to control the temperature of the steam. The valve is characterized by simplicity of design, ease of adjustment and installation and is used in heat exchangers, tanks with hot water, heavy oil, heating vessels and other equipment. The temperature control ranges differ by 20 °C, so the temperature deviation is very small.
The body of JTC-DF12 temperature regulator is manufactured from malleable cast iron, the other parts are made of stainless steel, the thermowell is made of copper. Connections are flanged. The maximum working pressure for the thermowell is 10 bar. The maximum inlet pressure is 10 bar. Adjustable temperature ranges are +40…+60 °C, +60…+80 °C and +80…+100 °C, the maximum permissible temperature is +70 °C, +90 °C and +110 °C respectively. The length of the capillary tube is 2 m (length up to 5 m is available on request). The working medium is steam.
