Jokwang JSV-BF31 series safety valve is a balanced bellows valve of the angular type and is used in applications with high flow rates in pressurized vessels, tracer equipment in chemical and oil and gas plants. The use of bellows reduces the effect of back pressure, and bellows valves provide a higher flow rate than lift valves.
The body of the JSV-BF31 safety valves is made of steel; the other parts are made of stainless steel, which provides high corrosion resistance. Connections are flanged. The maximum operating temperature is +400 °C. Adjustment of working pressure is carried out in the ranges: 0.7…1, 1…3, 3…6, 6…12 and 12…22 bar. Medium – gases and liquids. When used with toxic working media, the valve outlet should be connected to the pipeline and remove excess working fluid to the safe area.
