Jokwang JTR-BT21 series inverted bucket trap is used in high-pressure steam systems and is protected against water hammering. The protection mechanism prevents the occurrence of water hammering when the steam trap valve is closed and centered. The design of the steam traps is characterized by simplicity of maintenance and repair.
Body and cover of the JTR-BT21 steam traps are available in malleable cast iron, the float, seat and disc are made of stainless steel. The connections are threaded. The working pressure range is 0.35…4, 4…8, 8…12 and 12…16 bar, therefore, when ordering, it is necessary to indicate the desired pressure drop. The maximum operating temperature is +220 °C. The capacity reaches 570 kg/h.
